Position: Full Time Associate Security Lead
Site: City of Brampton
Hours: Sunday to Saturday – Rotating Continental (1200 – 2400) (hours can change due to operational needs)
Pay: $25.48/per hour
Job Description
Reports directly to the Team Lead (Contract Manager) and serves as the secondary authority for contract security personnelDuring non-business hours the Associate Security Lead serves at the lead contact for the contracted security teamResponsible for a team of 20+ security personnel on a given shiftEnsuring guards assigned to work at the City meet the mandatory skill set required to work at the assigned locationArranging and reviewing site specific training with contract security guardsPerforming random checks of guards to ensure their knowledge and performance meet City expectations
