Civil Construction Coordinator

BC Eco is searching for a Civil Construction Coordinator to join the Operations team based in BC. The position is a remote position and requires a 8:00 am to 5:00 pm presence, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday coverage. We are looking for candidates with experience in forestry, maintenance, and construction operations, client relations, and administration.

The candidate is someone who likes to be challenged, has a strong focus on supporting multiple teams, and is flexible and adaptive. The job would require attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate and respond to changing information. The coordinator plays an important role in working with the Operations manager, GM, and up to 10 operations supervisors. They assist our planners build schedules, collect and file daily/weekly documentation, and trouble‑shoot problems to support field operations.
