Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Bidding:
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications; prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors; solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing; develop bid submissions, pricing summaries, and tender documentation; identify scope risks, cost‑saving opportunities, and value engineering options.
Cost Control & Project Support:
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order pricing; support project managers with cost forecasts and variance analysis; participate in pre‑bid meetings, site visits, and ...
