Civil Field Coordinator – Residential Properties

The Civil Field Coordinator will provide on-site direction, coordination, and supervision to manage budget, schedule and quality of civil contract work on our multi-family residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of various civil and residential construction means and methods. This position is for the Ottawa Area, ability to travel is required.

 

Your contributions to the team include:

+ Monitor field contract work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, codes and safety policies

+ Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/engineer meetings as requested or required.

+ Provide daily updates to schedule, progress, and issues

+ Identify potential risks and initiate RFI’s, Site Instructions and Issue logs in response

+ Collect, review and verify subcontractor’s monthly progress submittals
