We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead on‑site construction projects across British Columbia.

The Opportunity

The role is based in Kelowna with rotational travel to out‑of‑town projects. You will oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and shape project outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on‑site representative and manage client, public, labour, and subcontractor interactions.
