Romaya Law Corporation is a newly established firm in Vancouver, BC, looking for a

Litigation Lawyer

to take the lead on both Civil and Commercial litigation files.

We're seeking a lawyer with

2–4 years of experience

in litigation law who can work

independently , supervise support staff, and manage high-volume transactions with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft civil law pleadings, motion materials, affidavits, factums, conference briefs, and related court documents

Conduct legal research to support case strategy and advocacy

Represent clients in negotiations, conferences, and settlement discussions

Manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication

Stay current with British Columbia civil law legislation, case law, and procedural rules
