Finishing Foreman required for a top tier residential developer who are working on a development in West Dublin. The successful Finishing foreman will have worked apartments previously and have experience of leading a team with have a good eye for detail.

Required

• Ideally carpentry background
• Must have worked in a similar capacity for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
• Strong communication skills
• Strong IT skills for reports
• Ability to lead a team
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good eye for detail
• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman
