Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized outreach.
• Deliver Valentino Couture Service throughout the client journey including preparation, presentation, closing and follow up.
• Use CRM tools to capture client data, execute campaigns, and meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide styling advice, curate looks based on trends and client preferences, and prepare for client appointments.
