Client Engagement Specialist, Trading Experience- Fixed Term (Puerto Saavedra)

As a Client Engagement Trading EXP specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with our trading products, including consumer, spot, margin, futures, and Kraken Desktop. You will handle inquiries across our web, app, and desktop platforms, resolving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.

• Answer client questions on trading, futures, consumer, Kraken Desktop, and Crypto DW via text and live support channels (Zendesk, Email, Telegram).
• Diagnose and resolve clients' trading/futures/Kraken Desktop/Crypto DW issues.
• Provide testing and feedback for new trading features before release to clients.
• Assist in managing the Consumer/Trading/Futures/Kraken Desktop support team (QA other specialists, improving training materials, updating Confluence articles).
• Provide calculation breakdowns for clients' questions regarding fees, margin levels, P/L explanations, etc.
