Overview
Client Ops L2; The Associate Media Account Manager actively participates in supporting a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.
Responsibilities
- MBOX data pulling, MBOX Weekly reports, Mbox vs Prisma report
- Support billing and financial processes such as Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations (D/Cs), Client Invoice Creation & Draft Billing Report
- Lead Open Items report: Open Items & Billing report
- Support Budget Reports, Retainer tracking, Budget recon, Monthly Budget Tracker
- Client Weekly Reports
- Support the creation of Competitive reports: Brand Score Card, Weekly Report, Brand Model (Abby Report), Holiday Competitive tracker
- Participate on Media Tools flowchart revision: Excel workbooks for performance, Paid Media Flowc...
