Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role Description The Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive role at Rob Reliability is a part‑time hybrid position based in Bern, with a mix of on‑site and work‑from‑home days. In this role, you support existing clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive, timely service experience across email, phone, and online channels. You assist with onboarding new clients, scheduling and preparing meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on agreed actions. You collaborate with sales and operations teams to prepare proposals, reports, and service updates, and help identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. You also contribute to process improvements by documenting recurring issues, sharing client feedback, and supporting internal coordination to enhance overall service quality.
