Become a Client Success Manager at Spraggs Business Advisory, focusing on client satisfaction in Coquitlam, BC. This full-time role supports both Vistera platform subscribers and Spraggs clients.
In this proactive role, you will own the client relationship ensuring they gain maximum value from services offered by Vistera Technologies and Spraggs. Your expertise in managing client success will enable you to onboard new users while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will also handle escalations and maintain healthy engagement with clients to secure long-term collaborations.
