We are seeking a Bilingual Client Success Specialist (CSS) to join our team in Toronto. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our clients by supporting both operations and sales. The CSS works cross-functionally with internal teams and carriers to provide strategic solutions, ensure accurate billing and reporting, and exceed client expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position Key Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
• Minimum 2 years of account management or customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree required OR 2–3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Experience or education in transportation/logistics preferred
