Job Overview
The Department of Ophthalmology at Queen’s University is looking for a Clinical Academic Neuro‑Ophthalmologist and/or a Clinician Scientist to fill a vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary clinical service in neuro‑ophthalmology.
- Engage in research and scholarly activity (direction depends on appointment).
- Participate in teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Contribute to departmental, faculty and university service.
- Perform leadership and collaborative work.
Required Qualifications
- MD with specialty training in ophthalmology (sub‑specialty in neuro‑ophthalmology optional).
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
- PhD required for Clinician Scientist candidates; subspecialty training optional.
- Evidence of advanced research training and a track record of research publication....
