Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front‑line staff to ensure care delivery aligns with provincial legislation, professional standards of practice, and Bayshore policies.
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring patient assessments, care plans, treatments, and follow‑ups are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to implement patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure timely resolution and documentation of patient concerns.
• Liaise with hospital partners, funders, and government programmes to support coordinated care and effective transitions.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with Human Resources.
