About The Role
As the Clinical Educator & Practice Lead you are a champion of quality care, education, and best practice. You will provide expert clinical consultation, deliver and evaluate educational programming, and support quality improvement strategies across the organization. You will guide team members in developing their clinical skills while ensuring our practices meet provincial, legislative, and accreditation standards, fostering a culture of safety and learning.
