The Clinical Practice Consultant (RN) supports the Continuing Care sector by advancing evidence-informed clinical practice, developing practical resources, and strengthening staff education and competency development.

Position Scope:

Reporting to the Clinical Practice Manager, the Clinical Practice Consultant leads the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-informed clinical programs and learning initiatives across the continuing care sector.
