Detailed Overview

Coordinates the day-to-day speech language pathology operations and technical functions for Public Health Speech Language Pathology Program. Supervises Speech Language Pathologists and Speech Language Assistants who work at various locations within Fraser Health by preparing and adjusting work schedules, facilitating resolutions, and providing clinical guidance and advice. Provides clinical services to clients in collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team to determine optimal treatment plan and participates on interdisciplinary/interdepartmental and professional committees to advocate for the goals and objectives of Public Health in accordance with speech language pathology standards and scope of clinical practice.
