Position Summary
The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for delivering parent training services and supporting key administrative processes within the clinical operation.
This role focuses on guiding caregivers in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, ensuring consistency between clinical plans and home environments, and supporting administrative workflows that contribute to service quality, coordination, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities 1. Parent Training
+ Conduct parent training sessions aligned with treatment plans.
+ Educate caregivers on ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and skill-building techniques.
+ Provide coaching and real-time feedback to caregivers to ensure proper implementation.
