Clinical Services Coordinator

Reporting to: Manager, Provincial Resource Centre – Organ Classification: Clinical Services Coordinator (0.75FTE) Worksite: 483BayStreet Schedule: Combination of weekday and weekend 12‑hour shifts.

Trillium Gift of Life Network (TGLN), part of Ontario Health, coordinates organ and tissue donation and transplantation in Ontario. It is responsible for increasing public awareness of donation, educating health care professionals, and ensuring a safe and effective donation and transplant system.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders, fostering organizational and individual growth, TGLN values honesty, trust, respect and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Case management of the donation process from referral to organ recovery
• Works collaboratively with donor hospitals, health care teams, transplant programs, tissue banks, air and land transportation carriers, labs and other TGLN staff
