**Qualifications**

+ QHP Required:LMHC,LMSW,CASAC
+ Bachelor?s degree required, Master?s degree preferred
+ Four years of paid experience in health care delivery, social work, counseling, community or addiction services, public health, public administration, social research or related fields required
+ Three years of experience in a managerial and/or supervisory capacity required
