Clio is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist for its Customer Support Team based in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto. Your primary focus will be on minimizing customer churn through effective resolution and support.
As part of the Retention Team, your role includes engaging with customers to understand their reasons for account cancellations and working to create strategies that retain them. Communication with Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams will be essential to ensure timely solutions. Your analytical skill set will help track customer feedback and suggest actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address cancellation inquiries and develop retention solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Communicate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders
• Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and other tools for tracking
• Execute assigned tasks from Customer Support leadership
