Experience: 8-10 Years of Experience in Machine Shop / CNC Machining Operations.
Salary: 12LPA -15LPA
Job Summary:
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance in CNC machining operations, ensuring the products meet customer and industry quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control processes and systems
2. Oversee product inspections and testing procedures
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives
5. Manage and mentor the quality assurance team
