Cold Call Sales Representative – Real Estate Lead Gen

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary / No Hourly)

Target OTE: $80,000 – $150,000+ (Uncapped)

CRM: GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert Required

This is a 100% performance-based position. There is no base salary. This role is designed for elite hunters who prefer the uncapped upside of high-ticket commissions over the limitations of a salary.

At BrickByBrick Productions, we help top-tier real estate agents escape the Cold Calling Hamster Wheel by building them a high-authority YouTube Pipeline. Ironically, we use aggressive outbound cold calling to find these agents and show them a better way. We provide the leads; you provide the grit to close them.
