**Department Description**:The department is responsible for upholding established standards while delivering outstanding customer service in a professional environment.
- Make outbound calls to accounts with overdue payments- Receive inbound calls from accounts with overdue payments- Handle accounts with recovered assets- Review accounts for asset recovery- Conduct customer location investigations (skip tracing)- Review financial hardship cases related to loans- Establish appropriate arrangements with customers behind on payments- Identify accounts that require management review- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ...
