**Job Description**:
In this role you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due.
Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values.
Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
**ob functions**:
Include but are not limited to: Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and customer.
Researches and finds a solution for customer's disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status.
Maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
Must be able to utilize all tools available and creatively investigate all possible leads.
