About the role: The role focuses on building and scaling Bhumis college club ecosystem to drive a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among youth. The individual will work closely with student leaders across colleges, enabling them to lead social initiatives and projects, while ensuring consistent engagement and quality program delivery. The role carries both strategic and operational responsibilities, including expanding the network of clubs, strengthening volunteer participation through meaningful opportunities and campaigns. About the Program: Bhumi is building one of Indias largest volunteer movements. By 2030, we aim to engage 10 lakh volunteers through Bhumi Clubs, a grassroots movement of volunteers and leaders enabling hyperlocal contributions to their own communities.
