Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to provide accurate cost estimates, respond to RFPs, and manage project execution at KB Better Construction. Key Responsibilities

Respond to RFPs and tenders with accurate and competitive estimates. Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour and/or materials, and other project-related expenses. Track progress and quality of work performed by subcontractors, suppliers, and field trades. Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors, and make changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Use computer and technology tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, Xactimate, AutoCAD, OST software, and project management tools. Experience & Qualifications
