Description
Commercial Director leads and develops sales teams, processes, colleagues and efforts in order to achieve the planned sales quota assigned for the country through customer centricity and focus, forecast planning, market development and teamwork with other areas in Teleflex; always aligned to Teleflex Core Values as well as established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for budget and projects for growth, sales and profitability of Teleflex operation in Latam to NewCo product lines.
- Leads, coordinates and motivates the sales force, in addition to interacting and leading by influence with different functional areas, such as finance, operations, logistics, portfolio, demand and forecast to achieve the planned sales goals.
