Opportunity
The Commercial Account Manager, with a focus on small businesses, is responsible for managing a dedicated book of small business clients, ensuring service excellence while also supporting new business growth. This role balances day-to-day client servicing with sales responsibilities, including handling new submissions, conducting renewal reviews, and managing remarkets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage a book of small business accounts, including all service requests, renewals, and remarkets.
- Oversee new business submissions, ensuring applications are complete and accurate.
- Conduct proactive renewal reviews, recommending appropriate coverage adjustments or additional limits as needed.
- Manage and update leads within the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and pipeline activity.
