Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Manager who builds strong client relationships and truly understands the insurance world. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at KASE Insurance, you are a trusted advisor who owns and supports client relationships and understands their business needs in order to provide effective insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with Producers and Insurance companies on our commercial accounts.
• Ensure successful renewal of accounts by conducting thorough account reviews, putting together comprehensive submissions to send to market and providing professional advice to clients.
• Oversee processing of endorsements, certificates, by the Technical Assistants.
• Respond to daily inquiries from clients such as general questions, cancellations and payment issues.
