Commercial Litigation Associate

A growing litigation practice is seeking a mid-to-senior Commercial Litigation Associate (7+ years of experience) to join its Commercial Litigation group.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation files independently
• Handle matters through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discoveries, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment
• Draft pleadings, motion materials, and settlement documentation
• Conduct negotiations and attend mediations
• Provide strategic input on high-value commercial and construction disputes
