Description

Background: Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial)

Fluent in English – At least Upper Intermediate (B2) (mandatory for the position)
Experience;
10 years leadership professional sales teams like Manager or Director (Architects – Engineers) in Chile or Latin America

Sales experience in vertical Markets like Construction and Industrial (Mining is mandatory)

Experience negotiating large infrastructure projects and Contracts

Critical Infrastructure market knowledge is a plus.

People Leadership: Managing, developing, and mentoring a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Market Analysis: Conducting thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the critical infrastructure sector.
