Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Support consolidation of regional performance data (revenue, margin, A&P, forecasts) into standardized reports.
• Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities and highlight key insights for leadership.
• Assist in preparing materials for business reviews (monthly, quarterly) and planning cycles.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting definitions across regions.

Commercial Planning Support

• Coordinate inputs from regions to support annual operating plan (AOP) and long‑range planning processes.
• Maintain planning templates, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Track A&P spend against guidelines and flag variances.

Operating Rhythm & Process Coordination

• Support execution of the commercial marketing calendar (e.g., monthly reviews, QBRs).
