Description
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded generalist to help us scale our consumer electric vehicle leasing business. You’ll sit at the heart of our Consumer team, acting as the bridge between our ambitious growth goals and our regulatory responsibilities as an FCA regulated business.
This isn't a back-office compliance role. You’ll be a key operator who ensures our products are customer-centric, our processes are slick, and our growth is sustainable.
You’ll work with teams (Sales, Product, Ops) who are experts in their fields but often new to Financial Services; your job is to translate the why behind the rules and help them build better products because of them.
