Responsibilities
- Manage the annual budget process (analysis, proposal, communication, monitoring) in partnership with Finances as well as definition of commercial KPIS.
- Develop relevant tools for measures individual and boutique contribution and performance (monthly / weekly dashboard, ad-hoc reports as needed)
- Weekly estimates preparation
- Strategically review and plan commission schemes, ensuring they are designed to effectively enhance team productivity and are aligned with overall business goals and team capabilities
- Boost sales dynamic by implementing and monitoring action plans
- Ensure HK Operation team support to Store Managers and Partners on stock and replenishment needs for boutiques (IB/EB) and POS.
