Commissioning Specialist – Electrical

Responsibilities

Manage commissioning projects and deliver commissioning services in new construction and existing buildings.

Verify that installations function per design intent and contract documents, witnessing functional and integrated system tests.

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and facilities teams to confirm safe and optimal performance of electrical systems.

Prepare commissioning plans, schedules, and test scripts, review technical documentation, and produce clear, concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct formal reviews of documentation such as work plans, test reports, and start‑up documentation; identify, track, and manage deficiency close‑out.

Support facility start‑up, training, demonstration, acceptance, handover, and transitions to post‑occupancy/warranty phases.
