Great community programs happen because someone cares about the details that nobody sees. We're talking about the follow-up texts to volunteers, the equipment counts after every clinic, the thank-you notes to community partners, and making sure every kid gets their jersey size right. Those details are what turn one-time participants into lifelong fans and make athletes genuinely excited to show up for community work.

The Role

You'll be the detail-oriented support that makes our Community Marketing Manager's vision actually happen. Reporting directly to the Community & Player Marketing Manager and working across departments, you'll handle the logistics, data tracking, and daily operations that keep our community programs running smoothly while helping our players build authentic local connections.
