Position Summary

The Community Engagement Coordinator is a strategic and innovative role that collaborates with a wide range of internal and external CRPCN stakeholders and partners to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The Coordinator plays a key role in building and strengthening relationships and partnerships, while identifying and leveraging opportunities to expand awareness and reach of CRPCN programs and services. This position is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with community organizations and members, maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders to support meaningful community engagement, and working closely with providers, patients, and communities to strengthen collaboration and connection across the region.
