Reporting to B!KE’s Board of Directors, you'll spearhead program development with a focus on community engagement and cycling advocacy. Your leadership will directly support organizational goals while enhancing staff collaboration and volunteer management. Considerable experience in program management, grant writing, and effective communication will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program development to meet organizational goals
• Oversee financial management and fundraising efforts
• Guide and mentor staff and volunteers for effective collaboration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and safety standards
• Maintain communication strategies for community outreach
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in program management roles
