Community Health Ambassador “CHA”
Employment terms: Part‑time, 10 hours per week, evening and weekend hours can be expected, based on funding approval.
Salary: $23.33 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
Expected start date: ASAP.

Reporting to: Manager, Population Health and Wellness or Delegate.
Locations: Flemingdon Health Centre – 10 Gateway Blvd; North York, 5 Fairview Mall Drive, North York, ON.
