Role Overview Community Health Practice Consultant – Permanent, Full time. Salary: $102,490 - $125,736 per year. Hours: 37.5 hrs/wk (Mon–Fri, 8 am–4 pm, core 9 am–3 pm). Location: Park Royal office (hybrid) – relocating to North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation land Spring 2027.

About The Role The Community Health Practice Consultant will provide culturally safe education, leadership, and consultation for nurses delivering health services within First Nations communities across British Columbia. Responsibilities include supporting clinical practice through culturally grounded orientation, professional practice guidance, and clinical competency assessments; leading the development and implementation of community‑based nursing programs that reflect First Nations cultural principles; ensuring respectful communication with FNHA Vancouver Coastal Region leadership; and fostering collaboration aligned with FNHA values and the seven directives.
