This is a hands‑on, multi‑functional role at the center of the business, responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, overseeing daily operations, and supporting marketing functions.

Client Experience & Office Operations (35%)
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and day‑to‑day office operations.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Coordinate client onboarding, renewals, transitions, and administrative requests.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and consistent service delivery.
