$23.50 - $29.10 per hour

As a Community Support Worker in our Intensive Respite Service you will be a pivotal part of a multi-disciplinary and collaborative team, providing crisis support for young people.

We are looking for resilient, dedicated people to make a difference in the lives of a young people, at a time that is critical for them and their families/whanau.

The role will work with colleagues, family/whanau, professionals and external agencies such as Starship Hospital to provide a temporary home for young people in a time of crisis.

This is a dual role, meaning you'll primarily work as a Community Support worker in our Intensive Respite Service, and periodically in our supported living service, working with people living great lives, and undertaking tasks that depend on the needs and dreams of each person, enabling full engagement in activities. <...
