Compassionate Health Care Aide Required

Join Carewest as a compassionate Health Care Aide and support our clients’ needs in Calgary's Complex Continuing Care. This part-time role combines caregiving with a focus on health monitoring while operating in a collaborative environment.
As part of Carewest's interdisciplinary team, you will report to the Director of Care. Your key responsibilities will include observing client health, communicating changes to nursing staff, and providing medication according to established protocols. Maintain Carewest’s standards for professionalism and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe client conditions and report relevant changes
• Administer prescribed medications with accuracy
• Maintain ethical standards and professional conduct
• Assist in lifting and repositioning clients safely
• Carry out additional related duties as directed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate from an Alberta-accredited Health Care Aide program
