Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and coordinate person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include completing assessments, participating in care planning, and ensuring high-quality nursing documentation, all while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to support resident choices and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care daily
• Conduct assessments and communicate care updates
• Participate in care conferences and documentation
• Implement medication administration procedures
• Support infection prevention and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Active RPN registration with CNO
• CPR/BLS certification required
