Key Responsibilities
- Assist in evolving and leading Regal Rexnord’s Regional compensation (short term and long term) strategy, processes and programs.
- Collaborate and partner with HR colleagues to understand their challenges related to compensation programs; and key issues in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality, diverse talent.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and deliver results aligned with enterprise and HR strategy, including policy deployment initiatives.
- Serves as subject‑matter expert on Regional compensation related projects and provides support to HR colleagues on compensation philosophy, policies, programs and processes.
- Drives the analysis of salary survey data, evaluates market trends, and makes recommendations regarding organizational salary adjustments, merit budgets, structure adjustments (including geographic structures).
