PurposeImplements personnel policies to ensure a high caliber of employees within a positive working environment.
Acts as a strategic Business Partner to the management team, focusing on employee retention, organizational culture, and professional growth by:Enforcing of the Organization's Values, Code of Ethics, and continuous process improvements.Maintaining the HR Management System (HRIS).
Collaborating with teams for continuous improvement and quality assurance.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS (Experience with Tress System is highly preferred).
Bilingual English/Spanish (Writing and Conversational - Level II according to Brady standards).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, committed toexcellence, and high standards of honesty and integrity.Experience5+ years of experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing environment (Maquiladora)....
