Your new role
Compliance consultant will be joining the Legal and Compliance department in Singapore, focusing on Singapore regulatory matters. This is a 12 months contract role.The responsibilities as below:
Handling regulatory matters in responding to regulatory inquiries and licensing requirements
Development, maintenance and testing of compliance processes in ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and firm policies and procedures
Developing and implementing policies, procedures and controls in response to regulatory drivers and business changes
Preparation of compliance reports for senior management, regulators, and other interested bodies
Preparation of license applications, coordination and filing of regulatory reports
