Compliance Data and Business Intelligence Analyst (Toronto)

Job Summary

The Compliance Data & Business Intelligence Analyst supports the organization’s circular economy mandate by delivering high‑quality analysis, analytics, reporting, and data stewardship across regulated resource recovery programs (including the Blue Box, tires, and all other RRCEA programs). This role requires strong knowledge of compliance, policy, regulatory, and market frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of waste management planning and operations across relevant sectors; specific knowledge of the Blue Box program is a solid asset. The Analyst assesses compliance trends, interprets regulatory requirements, and supports evidence‑based decision‑making and program performance monitoring, working closely with internal teams (Compliance, IT, Data Analytics, Finance) and external stakeholders (service providers, producers, the Ministry) to ensure compliance data integrity, usability, and actionability.
